After a long hiatus (was it two years? It feels like two years...), Doingbird is back for it issue #15 and it really is a stunning package.

In addition to some stunning fashion photography--in particular, Alice Hawkins's photos of page 3 glamour models in gloriously lit pink hotel rooms modelling designer jewelry--there's some great music writing in here, too.

Michael Kucyk (who presents cosmic dance jams on Noise In My Head in Melbourne every Sunday night on radio 3RRR) interviews sun-worshipping Japanese trance rockers The Boredoms and Minimal Wave's Veronica Vasicka and Mountain Fold Music Journal's Douglas Lance Gibson riffs the back cover artwork of Yazoo's "Roots of Rock".
