Subscription Start Times

 

    • With most magazines you should receive your first magazine within 6 to 10 weeks of placing your order and making payment. However, this depends on how frequently the magazine is published, whether it is local or international, and whether it is sent by airmail or surface mail.

Generally, the following lead times will apply:

 

Local weekly or monthly title:
6 – 8 weeks
Local bi-monthly or quarterly title:
8 – 12 weeks
International Airmail Title:
6 – 10 weeks
International Surface Mail:
8 – 16 weeks

 


  • Please note that these are standard industry lead times. With most publications, each issue has a cut-off date to determine the number of copies to be printed for subscribers. As this date is usually well in advance of the actual on-sale date, subscriptions do not commence with the current issue.

  • Please be assured, your subscription will start when you receive your first issue, not when you place your order. So if you have paid for 12 issues, you will receive 12 issues.

Missing Issues

  

    • If you have ordered a new subscription and have not yet received an issue, please read the information on subscription commencement times.

    • Any claims for missing issues must be received within 3 months of the issue publication date.

    • If you have missed an issue please Log In to place a claim online, or Email Us and we will endeavour to source the issue for you.

    • Please remember that we are a subscription agency, not a publisher, and therefore need time to contact the publisher or distributor of the publication to source any missing issues.

    • If we cannot obtain a copy of the missing issue we will extend your subscription to ensure you receive the correct number of issues.

Renewals

 

  • To renew your subscription add the magazine to the cart and select "This is a renewal" at the checkout. If you know your subscriber number please enter this in the field provided.

  • Subscription renewal reminders will be mailed out at least three months prior to the expiration date of your subscription, and will be repeated to ensure you don't miss any issues.

  • If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please Click Here to email our friendly customer service team.

  • We recommend renewing your subscription at least one month prior to expiration to avoid any lapses in delivery.

  • Late Renewals: Should your renewal be received less than 1 month prior to expiration, lapses may occur in the delivery of your magazine (particularly for international titles). To ensure continuity of your subscription please pay for your subscription on your first renewal reminder.

  • In the case of a late renewal for a lapsed subscription, MagMag (a division of TMMC Ltd) will make every effort to backdate your subscription to include issues missed, however we cannot accept liability for non-continuous delivery.

    • MagMag (a division of TMMC Ltd) offers a free gift card with any gift subscription purchased. To add your own personalised message simply fill out the gift card field when you go through the checkout, and specify whether you would like the card sent to you or straight to the recipient.

    • Your printed gift card will be received within 5 working days. Please note that the actual subscription will not commence straight away (Click Here for more) but the card will ensure your special person knows they have a magazine coming soon!

Refunds & Cancellations
    • For subscriptions purchased through TMMC, refunds will be given on the unused portion of your subscription only where the publisher has consented to the refund. Faulty goods, mis-bound or mis-printed magazines can be exchanged.
